2/21/2005 - Bryan Police Department Case #05-020967

At 4:12AM on February 21, 2005, a Sergeant with the Bryan Police Department was patrolling Sadie Thomas Park, located at 129 Moss Street in East Bryan, when he discovered the body of 26 year old Bryan resident Terrece Charles Leggett. Mr. Leggett was seated in the driver`s seat of his white 2000 Dodge Intrepid, with a single gunshot wound to the right side of his head. Mr. Leggett was pronounced dead at the scene.

1/22/2005 - Bryan Police Department Case #05-011221

On January 22, 2005 at approximately 1:00AM Bryan Officers were called to the 800 block of Hall Street in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found 40 year old Harvey Leon Allen lying in the roadway with a gunshot wound to his abdomen. Allen was transported to St. Joseph Regional Health Center where he was pronounced dead later that day.

3/9/2002 - Bryan Police Department Case #02-030339

On March 9, 2002 a car fire was reported in a vacant field northeast of the intersection at E. 15th and Plum Street. After the Bryan Fire Department extinguished the fire, a body was found lying on the ground in the open driver`s door of the vehicle. The vehicle was a 1989 Chrysler New Yorker and belonged to the victim`s mother. The body was later determined to be that of Keithron Tucker.
